Privacy Policy

How TIANHENG uses information, works with service providers and handles access, correction, deletion and research-consent requests.

1. Information we process

To establish and protect an account, we process your email, account identifiers and necessary authentication and session records. A selected service may also require birth date, time, place or time zone, sex input required by its methodology, and profile information and corrections you provide. Without required input, the corresponding service may not work.

Features you choose may create questions and context, readings, deterministic results, confirmed authorized memory, Lookback feedback, membership records, Credit ledger entries and payment references. Optional information and research consent are not conditions for every service.

Operational and security records may include IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, service status and error codes. Routine application logs use minimized fields rather than passwords, complete birth information, full questions or full model output.

2. Why information is used

Information supports account authentication and security, requested calculations and interpretations, saved results, enabled authorized memory and Lookback, subscription and Credit reconciliation, support and applicable obligations. Internal model-usage and cost telemetry is separate from customer Credits.

Historical results retain the input and calculation or methodology versions relevant to their provenance. Corrected information is not disguised as a silent rewrite of an old result. We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

3. Providers and international processing

Railway provides application hosting, database and backup infrastructure. Stripe processes payments. Resend supports transactional email such as account verification and password recovery. TIANHENG retains necessary payment status and references, not full card numbers or card security codes.

When you request a model-assisted interpretation or synthesis, the model provider receives the input, authorized context and evidence needed for that request. Do not add unnecessary sensitive information to a question. This policy does not promise zero retention or the absence of separate security processing by every third-party provider.

Providers may process information outside your country. Disclosure is limited to service, security, support and applicable legal purposes, with relevant access controls and applicable transfer safeguards.

4. Separate research consent

Using TIANHENG, accepting service terms or buying a subscription does not provide research permission. Research requires separate affirmative consent with its scope and policy version, and a separate data-processing workflow.

You may request withdrawal of research consent through Support. Withdrawal and retention are handled according to the applicable scope and law. Ordinary service activity or a backup restoration must not silently renew withdrawn consent.

5. Cookies and account security

Authentication, sessions, security and essential preferences may use cookies or equivalent browser storage. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or protected functionality. These legal and support pages do not introduce advertising trackers or marketing consent.

6. Retention, backups and deletion

Routine operational logs use the Railway Pro 30-day retention baseline. Account data, historical readings, financial and audit ledgers, and research records follow their own purposes and applicable obligations; the log window is not a universal deletion deadline for all information.

You may request access, correction or deletion. To prevent disclosure or incorrect deletion, we may verify your identity and explain applicable retention requirements or limits. This page does not promise an instant erasure feature covering all history, immutable ledgers and every provider copy.

Backups support recovery and are not immediately rewritten item by item after a request. Restoring data must still account for confirmed deletion and research-consent withdrawal. A backup is not permission to resume a restricted use of information.

7. Your choices and contact

See Support for the current contact channel to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of research consent or other applicable privacy rights. Start with your account email and request type, not your password or unnecessary sensitive details.

Applicable law may provide additional rights or a right to complain to a supervisory authority. This policy does not limit those rights. We identify the version on this page and communicate material changes as required.
