1. The service and its limits

These terms cover the Eastern traditional interpretation and personal decision-reference services currently offered by TIANHENG. Deterministic calculations, traditional sources and TIANHENG interpretations remain separate. Some personalized interpretations and synthesis use model assistance, which may contain errors, omissions or uncertainty and does not replace calculation or source authority.

Content is for personal reference and reflection. It does not guarantee future outcomes and is not medical, legal, investment or other professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for consequential health, safety, legal or financial matters; do not rely solely on TIANHENG content.

2. Your account and personal information

Personalized service requires registration, sign-in and email verification. Supply accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use your own personal profile. Creation of profiles for other people or families is not offered in the current release.

Do not submit personal information you are not entitled to use, misuse the service or bypass access or billing restrictions. Corrections may affect the basis of subsequent analysis but do not silently rewrite historical readings. See Privacy and Support for information requests.

3. Subscription prices and automatic renewal

Pro Monthly has a base price of USD 9.99 and renews monthly. Pro Annual has a base price of USD 99 and renews yearly. Annual and monthly plans provide the same Pro entitlement with different billing intervals. Check the amount, currency and renewal interval displayed at checkout before paying.

Stripe processes subscription payments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. A checkout return page is not proof of payment or an entitlement grant; membership and Credits follow server-verified payment records and the account ledger.

4. Monthly Credits

Pro receives 450 included Credits per subscription month. Annual subscribers also receive the allowance monthly, not as an upfront annual balance. Unused included monthly Credits do not roll over. Credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed for cash.

New personalized interpretation work uses Credits according to the applicable service quote. Viewing deterministic results or reopening an existing result does not itself consume Credits. Definitive failure or non-delivery is handled under the service reservation, delivery, spending and release rules.

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. It does not immediately remove service or applicable monthly grants during that already-paid period; new included allowances stop when the subscription actually ends. Credit Top-up purchases are not offered in the current release.

5. Canceling renewal

You may request cancellation of renewal at any time through Support. Include your account email, subscription or receipt reference and the cancellation request, but never a password or full card details. The current process is handled through support; these terms do not promise a one-click cancellation feature or a self-service billing portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will not renew. Cancellation, a refund request and account deletion are separate requests; submitting one does not confirm completion of the others. Keep your request and its confirmation. Applicable statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

6. Refunds and statutory rights

An already-started subscription period is generally not eligible for a discretionary pro-rata refund. This does not exclude duplicate or incorrect charges, or refunds, withdrawal, cancellation and other remedies required by applicable law.

Contact Support with the charge date, amount, receipt reference and issue. We will review the request under the applicable rules. These terms do not exclude or restrict non-waivable consumer statutory rights, or assume those rights have been lost merely because the service was used.

7. Taxes and the checkout total

USD 9.99 per month and USD 99 per year are base subscription prices. Automatic tax is not enabled in the current Checkout implementation. This page does not claim that prices are universally tax-inclusive, tax-exempt or automatically adjusted for local taxes.

Review the checkout total before authorizing payment. TIANHENG remains responsible for tax obligations that apply to it. These terms do not transfer a merchant obligation to the consumer or authorize undisclosed additional charges.

See Support for the current contact channel for account, subscription, refund and terms questions. This page identifies its policy version. Material changes must be communicated as required by applicable law and cannot retrospectively remove non-waivable statutory rights.
